Having not known anything about Real Estate or Russ Whitney before picking up this book, I find it so easy to understand. I finished the book within a couple days and I hang on to every word until I understand the point.This book also explains how anyone can repair their credit if they just had patience and used the outline techniques. In following Russ, I find it amazing that his students are successful and go on to actually teach at his trainings to show you how they did it through a proven system. That in its self tells you enough. Don't take someone else's word for it. Find out your self. Definitley worth the reading.

Russ Whitney has written an excellent book for investing in real estate. I am primarily a stock market trader, but since 2000, have been diversifying. Real estate is a great investment, safer than the stock market with powerful returns.This book is jamm packed with information on how to get started in real estate. It's easy reading and enjoyable.I also recommend the 16% solution and real estate riches for more info and any of the rich dad books bin addition to real estate riches.

Russ Whitney is living proof that the American Dream is alive and well. I bought his book after attending a local seminar and catching his informercial.I had lousy credit. The section on credit repair was particularly useful to me. Also enjoyed the section on insider bank secrets.By the way, I re-established my credit and got approved for bank loans and credit cards after following Russ's techniques.Real Estate is still the best producer of wealth available today. Russ prooves that anyone can do and if they just pull up their sleeves and go to work.I also suggest Real Estate for Real People and Brilliant Deductions. Must reading for any serious Real Estate Investor.Great books.
